Privacy Policy

Last updated 27th May 2026

This page explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

1. Who are we?

In Short
Try Catch Software Limited is the data controller for this site.

Try Catch Software Limited is a private limited company registered in England & Wales, company number 9522028. If you have any privacy-related questions, contact us at hello@trycatchsoftware.co.uk.

2. What information do we collect?

In Short
Only what you put in our contact forms — your name, email address, and message.

We collect information only when you choose to submit one of our contact forms. There are three paths:

  • Hello
Your name, email address, and a message.
  • Start a Project
Your name, email address, project type, the roles you need, and optional additional details.
  • Collaborate
Your name, email address, the project you are interested in, the nature of your interest, and optional additional details.

We collect no account data, no analytics data tied to personal identifiers, and we set no cookies.

3. How do we use it?

In Short
To respond to your enquiry. Nothing else.

Form data is processed by Resend (our email delivery provider) and delivered to our inbox. We do not store it in a database, share it with third parties, or use it for marketing. We will never send you unsolicited emails.

Server logs generated during form submission processing may transiently contain your submitted details. These logs are used solely for operational diagnostics and are not retained, shared, or used for any other purpose.

4. Cookies and tracking

In Short
This site sets no cookies and does no tracking — that's why there's no banner.

No cookies are set by this site. Analytics are provided by Vercel Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track individuals across sites or sessions.

5. Your rights

In Short
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any data we hold about you.
  • Right of access
You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification
You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Right to erasure
You may ask us to delete personal data we hold about you.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@trycatchsoftware.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

6. Changes to this policy

In Short
We'll update this page if our practices change.

If we make material changes to how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the “last updated” date at the top of the page. We will not retroactively change how data already collected is used.
